  Company Information

  APFP is a primary breakdown sawmill. Specializing in Timber Frame products, high value clear and shop lumber as well as producing common sizes and lumber grades. APFP is a part of an integrated Forestry group of companies. The group of companies is involved in all aspects of the Forestry business from logging to saw milling and sales. APFP has been in business for 25 years and currently employs about 55 people.

  Job Description

  Responsibilities

  • General clean-up
  • Pull lumber on a green chain
  • Other production related duties as required.

   

  Education

  Minimum grade 12 diploma

  • First Aid or Forklift Certificate an asset but not necessary.

Compensation

Benefits

MSP, extended health, dental and a clothing allowance are all included after a 3 month evaluation period. A pension plan is available after 18 months of full time employment.

Starting Wage - $20.00 / hour (3 month probation starting rate)
