Sawmill Labourer (Maple Ridge)

We are a custom cut sawmill, looking to fill 1 available position, we need hard working individuals, that can show up everyday on time. experience is not necessary but is a big plus.

Requirements
You must:
- Have your own transportation
- Be able to read and add fractions on a tape measure.
- Be safety conscious.
- Be able to work out doors in all weather conditions.
- We are looking for long term employees only.

- No experience necessary but a knowledge of lumber mills and species of wood is a plus.

Tasks include

- Operating bobcat and forklifts.
- Running resaw
- Piling wood on the green chain.
- General mill clean up.
- Log peeling
- Helping out who over and whenever there is help needed.

We offer a flexible schedule with every 2nd Friday off.  Benefits after 3 months.

Compensation

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00/Hourly

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
