Processor Operator (Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

Looking for a qualified log loader/ processor operator to live in a camp environment.

Must be able to understand log grades and cutting specs & be able to operate onboard computer in processor.

The ability to operate other machinery such as a skidder & log loader are an asset.

Need an operator who has worked in the logging industry and has a good awareness of procedure and protocol.

Must be a team player but be able work independently without constant supervision.

Striving for good production with a awareness of safety is important.

We are looking for someone who is organized & has the ability to see the operation from start to finish and who understands the need for all to work cohesively with one another.

A mechanical aptitude is an asset as the operator will be required to complete daily maintenance on machinery.

Good command of written English is necessary as you will be required to fill out company machinery logs & paperwork.
