Position: Planer Supervisor

Fornebu Lumber Company Inc., located in Bathurst, employing approximately 100 employees, is currently looking for a Planer Supervisor for the Sawmill facility.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, the person who holds this position shall maintain production and quality objectives for his shift.  The successful candidate will work to promote safety in the workplace.

Prerequisites Include:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in the Sawmill industry.
  • Management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement change.
  • Computer skills.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
