Maintenance Supervisor – Sawmill – Alberta – $95-$110k + + +

Our client is an established Forestry company looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Saw Mill.  In this position you will be supervising a shop of 20ish millwrights and maintenance staff.  The successful applicants must have previous saw mill or forestry experience and must have either a millwright ticket or a similar trade ticket.  It is essential that the successful applicant be technically sound but people focused as my clients working culture is very important to the ongoing success of their business.

You will have a solid background as a tradesman and several years in a supervisory capacity.  You will have solid experience in a saw mill or similar pulp/paper/wood related organization.  You are technically strong and view the employees as partners.  You are someone who seeks to understand.

The pay range for this is a base of $95-105ish K.  It includes very good benefits and bonuses.  This is the sort of company that people want to stay at for a long time.

The community is a nice little place located about an hour and a half from Edmonton.  It has all the modern things a person could want and is a great place to raise a family.  The outdoors life there is second to none.

Compensation
