Maintenance Manager (Management & Executives)

This position would report to the General Manager while overseeing a department and team of 30-40. Operating with a budget of close to one million dollars you will be ensuring cost efficient work is being performed. Lead your team to continuous innovation and consistent improvement to new processes.  

  • Managing a large department

  • Maintaining maximum OEE
  • Following and holding onto the core business values

Shifts will be Monday to Friday but as the manager you will be accountable around the clock.

Job Requirements

  • Live in 100 Mile House
  • 5 years experience in management
  • Minimum 5 years in sawmill, OSB or lumber  
  • Red Seal/Journeyman ticket in a trade
  • Good understanding of preventative maintenance practices
  • CMMS System knowledge
