ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides analytical support for log procurement team
• Analyzes and monitors stumpage rates based on current sales and costs data to ensure mill log costs are current
• Administers timber sales
• Purchases logs for Roseburg facilities
• Coordinates bonding, insurance, and contracts to facilitate contract timber activities
• Coordinates with log procurement staff to ensure payments are reviewed for accuracy
• Generates PO's and purchase contracts into system for invoices to be processed outside of the log settlement system
• Models company core values 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to synthesize and compile data for decision support
• Knowledge of the timber industry and harvest operations in the Northwest
• Must be able to operated effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated office skills and use of standardized office software
• Self-starter with strong organization skills
• Strong ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Good safety oriented work ethic

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Forestry or related field
• Experience with large data base or data sets
• Knowledge of 3LOG Log Information and Management System
