Bear Lake Logging Co Ltd is a seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our forestry operations on the Mid BC Coast. This is a 14/7 camp position, 11 hour days with usual departure from Campbell River by air.

We offer union rates with a benefit package.

- Must have experience working on all types of logging equipment from off road logging trucks, loaders, yarders and excavators.

- You will be required to service and maintain a variety of equipment, repair and troubleshoot a variety of issues and keep detailed records of maintenance and repair. 

- You must be physically fit, able to work independently and have the ability to source parts. 

- Minimum 3 years experience specifically in logging is an asset 

- Red Seal Certification is required.
