MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Environmental Studies or Conservation
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS
- Ability to work outside most of the time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- GIS analysis to determine where different natural resources are
- Work with DEP, NYSDEC
- Prepare permitting documents, Environmental Impact Statements
- Perform habitat assessments
- Perform wetland delineations
PLUS:
- Course work in habitat assessment or wetland delineation
- Experience with permitting documents or environmental assessments
