Arborist Lead (Arborist & Tree Care)

We are a large landscape service provider and are looking for the right person to head up our Tree / Arboriculture Division. This position has lots of potential for advancement and growth.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 10 years industry experience and 5 years of experience climbing as well as aerial lift truck experience.

• ISA Certified Arborist plus industry credentials (CUA an asset).

• Current First Aid Certificate.

• Desire and passion for Arboriculture.

• Ability to prepare and present to the customer tree reports and evaluations.

• Lead Arbor Care crew and coordinate training program for Maintenance Crew Leaders

• Have a priority for safety procedures and proper care for equipment.

• Technical / Computer skills for preparation of reports.

• Ability to work with customers and desire to pursue sales
