The mission of BC Timber Sales (BCTS) is to develop market Crown timber to establish the costs of development and the market price to capture the value of the asset for the public. The vision of the organization is to be an effective timber marketer generating wealth through sustainable resource management.

As the Woodland Supervisor, you are responsible for the planning, developing and management of an aggregate of BCTS operating areas, in order to meet revenue and volume targets through the auction of Timber Sale Licenses. Leading a team of forest professionals, you develop the timber sales process and may be responsible for harvesting, road operations and silviculture across the Business Area. In this dynamic team environment, you are accountable for developing and implementing the silviculture plan and delivery of Land Based Investment and Forest for Tomorrow approved projects, ensuring that all operational and contractual activities meet legislative and Environmental Monitoring System requirements.
