Wood Manufacturing Production Manager (Management & Executives)

This organization is the dominant player in their particular type of wood products through North America and has been in business for over 20 years. They thrive from having an abundant sources of raw materials and produce products including fuel, animal and absorbent products. This organization operates a number of plants in central BC and is in a high growth phase. 

This role will lead the production for one of the main plants in the organization and will be responsible for a staff of over 20 employees who are managing and processing the material flows within the business. This includes leading Safety, quality control, recruitment and retention and strategic plans 

1. 5+ years successfully leading teams of 20+ people

2. 5+ years’ experience in a production or manufacturing facility

3. Knowledge of WorkSafe BC Regulations
