• Preference given to those with work experience in the manufacture of sawmill lumber handling equipment.
• Welding level "C" is mimimum requirement
• Previous experience working for a custom shop that is fast paced
• Previous experience cutting and welding structural steel
• Ability to use verniers and calipers to ensure tolerances
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Superior attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with a creative and dynamic team.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide solutions using sound judgment and decision making skills.
• Are professional with clients, vendors and co-workers.
