Third Shift Sawmill Supervisor - IN

Fundamentals:
-Review and correct daily payroll reports.
-Possesses knowledge of lumber production.
-Abilities to carry out instructions of management.
-Understanding many procedures and operating in a safe environment
-Communicate in a manner that is timely, complete, clear and responsive.
-Motivational skills – motivates team members to achieve higher performance
-Inventory Management Skills = Count and report beginning and ending inventory.
-Coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as laborers, operators, and loader driver.
-Possesses a mechanical background with problem solving ability and emergency repairs to keep production going.
-Dedication to the accomplishments of the company’s objectives of production, quality, waste, safety, training, and housekeeping.
-Directly supervise and provide leadership skills to create a harmonious environment to lead, train, motivate and discipline workers.
-Coordinates production in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the Company and the Mill Plant Manager.
-No degree is necessary; just industry experience, the mind and skill set to get the job done right the first time on 3rd shift.

Compensation

Starting Base Salary: $50 - $80K
