Testing and Breeding Supervisor (Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

International Forest Company is seeking a Testing and Breeding Supervisor who will be based out of our DeRidder, Louisiana nursery and seed orchard complex. The position will participate in implementation of genetic improvement breeding and testing southwide.

Four year college degree in forestry or plant breeding preferred. Knowledge of genetic improvement strategies, silviculture, experimental design and analysis is desirable. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are required. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, having the ability to work with internal and external resources to achieve objectives. The position will require up to 25% overnight travel.
