Position Description
This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects that are worth up to $10 million and provide leadership to other maintenance personnel and outside contractors. This position will be working closely with the Regional and Business Leaders to plan, design and implement capital projects.

Specific duties will include
• Develop and implement regional business team activities associated with the organizations strategic and operations plans
• Oversee and lead the plants engineering operating budget that supports staff and engineering activities
• Develop and manage a capital program consisting of over 30 projects valued at up to $10 million
• Provide overall leadership for engineering projects and programs
• Manage engineering staff (recruit, train, coach, and evaluate performance)
• Lead training for engineering and other employees in engineering, manufacturing and leadership 

Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of life cycle planning and long term capitalization strategies for manufacturing facilities
• Strong experience in leadership and effective team management
• Demonstrated ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems
• Broad education spanning mechanical and electrical engineering
• BS in engineering, Applied Science or related field
• P.Eng
• At Least 5 years’ engineering and project management experience

110K-120K base plus strong bonus
