Now Hiring Senior Forest Technician

North Ridge Consulting Ltd. was established in 2000 as a Forestry Consulting Company operating in Vanderhoof, B.C. required qualifications :

• Experience with timber reconnaissance, boundary and road layout, use of GPS, stream, lake and wetland classifying, ecotyping, bridge site plans and other forms as needed

• Office skills consisting of report writing, data entry, drafting site plans, computer mapping, file conversion and
smoothing

• Knowledge of computer programs consist of word, excel, citrix, oziexplorer, basecamp and mapsource.

• Flexibility to work on other projects including rec. site maintenance

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Able to work independent and as part of a team.

• Safe use of quads, sleds, power saws and other small power tools.

• Must have a valid class 5 driver’s licence.
