What we need:
·         3+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
·         Strong communication and management skills
·         Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
·         Knowledge of sawmill equipment and machinery is a major asset

·         Starting salary between $80,000 and $85,000 per annum

What your duties would include:

·         Overseeing the team of production employees on the plant floor including machine operators and labourers
·         Communicate the necessary equipment upgrades, repairs and preventative work to the maintenance team
·         Manage the flow of the mill operations
