Specific Job Description
As a Quality Control Supervisor, the successful candidate will be part of the management team ensuring the highest quality product is what reaches the shipping department in the most efficient possible manner. They will be responsible for supervising and educating employees on quality and efficiency procedures, inspecting the product and auditing equipment. Safety and quality are key values for this company and the Quality Control Supervisor is tasked with ensuring these values are present from the floor staff right up to management.

Requirements
1. A CLS Grading ticket is absolutely and unequivocally required. No way around it.
2. 3 years minimum in a Quality Control capacity in a forestry related production facility
3. Leadership experience, in either a production or a safety capacity
4. General excellence as a person is considered a strong asset

Compensation

Compensation and Benefits
It starts with a relocation package, negotiated based on location and experience. Then comes the salary of $85,000 – $90,000. While collecting that, you’ll also be bringing in some amazing benefits, including paramedicals.
