Specific Job Description
The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production staff, ensuring targets are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing labourers, machine operators and all floor staff in the mill. They will be required to provide reports to upper management as well as the maintenance department about production, upgrades and necessary maintenance.

Requirements
1. 3 years in a high-output manufacturing/production facility
2. 3 years in a team leadership/supervisory capacity
3. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
4. Experience in a sawmill
5. Strong safety and leadership track record

Years of Experience: 5+​ to 7 Years

Education Level: College Diploma

Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary is between $80,000 and 85,000, and that’s just the beginning.
