Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Production Departments are running to capacity and that Production levels are being attained.
• Stay within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Develop and implement a cost and capital reduction plan.
• Develop and implement a maintenance plan to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Management or Supervisory experience with production and quality control.
• Knowledge of the pulp and paper manufacturing process.
• Knowledge and exposure to Fiberline processes would be considered and asset.
