Planning Forester (Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

Ranger Forest Services Ltd is looking to hire a registered professional forester with coastal engineering experience. The position would suit applicants with an operational focus toward cutblock development/reforestation and strong commitment to safety.

Requirements for the position are:

•  Valid BC driver’s licence
•  Level 1 First Aid
•  Experience in coastal forest engineering
•  RPF designation or 5 years cutblock site plan experience Foresters in training that are interested in the position are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for the successful applicant.

The opportunity is based out of Campbell River with very little camp work. Remuneration is negotiable and includes an excellent health and dental plan.
