Job Opportunity: Operations Forester
Carrier Forest Products Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a Operations Forester for our Saskatchewan Operations.
Under the direct supervision of the Woodlands Superintendent, the Operations Forester is responsible for the supervision of the harvesting and field operations.
The successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent organization, computer, communication and team skills. The candidate must have proven skills related to all facets of forestry operations and field work. Field experience is a definite asset.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years related experience, a Registered Professional Forester/Registered Professional Forestry Technician designation, excellent communication skills, proficient in current technology and knowledgeable in current forest legislation.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
