Night Shift Supervisor
(Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

KLC Ltd is a progressive company focusing on the production of high quality processed timber for international markets. KLC Ltd currently has a vacancy for an experienced Supervisor to run our Night Shift. The hours are 2.00pm to 12.00am Monday to Friday supervising & leading 30-35 staff.
KLC Ltd currently operates 3 moulding machines, 2 Laminating lines, 2 finger jointing lines, 1 integrated planer/scanner/docking line, & a paint line.
Applicants should ideally have experience in the timber-manufacturing environment but not essential. Ideal candidate must be mature with proven leadership skills and be 100% reliable.
Be able to handle basic maintenance jobs.
Demonstrate that you are experienced and competent at:
- Time Management.
- Logical thinker.
- Clear and concise written and oral communication.
- Coordination of production areas.
- Provide leadership, motivation and training for all staff.
- Schedule and achieve production targets.
- To accurately report as required on achievement of targets and production schedules.
- To Supervise and direct staff in the application of their Job Descriptions.
- Be hands on and be able to fill in where needed.
- Maintain harmonious working relationship and environment. An active Team Player.
- Must have current OSH Approved Forklift Certification.
