This is for summer work in the mill. You need to be attending school in the fall or work at a job where you will return in the fall. Such as teacher, school bus driver, etc, or have a good work record or a recommendation from a coach or shops teacher.
The jobs available are a variety of production positions in our mills in Dillard. These jobs are very physically demanding. Because of the summer temperatures, the work environment can be very hot at times.
Need to be at least 18 years old or turn 18 prior to the summer. Need to have good attendance and a good work ethic.
