Specific Job Description
This candidate would be responsible for overseeing teams of maintenance, electrical, filing and mobile trades personnel. They would need to be familiar with all mill operations and be able to lead and direct maintenance efforts accordingly. The scheduling, planning and budgeting of preventative maintenance will fall to this candidate. A proven ability to lead a team, and achieve team results will be absolutely essential.

Requirements
1. Must have sawmill experience
2. 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in an industrial setting
3. Red Seal Millwright or Electrician

Compensation

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers excellent pay, in the range of $100,000-$110,000 annually depending on experience. It also includes comprehensive health and dental coverage, pension plan and profit sharing. Relocation packages are available.
