Specific Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coaching the maintenance team, providing ongoing training for the maintenance team, assisting in the development of a preventative maintenance program to ensure the company is operating at optimal levels, and developing and coordinating the maintenance schedule within labour and equipment requirements. 
Requirements
·         Red Seal Millwright or Electrician
·         Experience in an industrial setting is a strong asset (sawmill experience is a huge asset)
·         Ability to lead several trades within the Maintenance Department
·         Strong understanding of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery
·         Organizational and time management skills, ability to problem solve
