10 Logging Truck Drivers required in Mackenzie, BC.

Experience: Experience an asset 

Type of Trucking and Equipment: Logging, highway, Logging, off-highway

Type of Travel: Local, Provincial/territorial

Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)

Weight Handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs)

Job Duties:

1. Loading and unloading of goods.

2. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, Perform brake adjustments.

3. Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness, Perform preventive maintenance, Perform emergency roadside repairs.

Additional Skills: Mountain driving expertise.

Tools: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding Transportation/Travel

Information: Valid driver's licence, Public transportation is not available at Work

Location Information: Staff accommodation
provided, Willing to relocate
