Founded in 1994, All-Wood Fibre Ltd. is a progressive, industry leading fibre services provider. This includes fibre procurement and processing into chips and hog fuel, and transportation services.
We are currently looking to add a Logging Supervisor to our team. This position is based out of Prince George and reports to the Operations Manager. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication, technical, organizational and planning abilities. Skill Requirements:
Education: High School
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Supervisory Experience: All areas of logging activities including road building
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate harvesting activities, Achieve targets/goals, Establish work schedules, Oversee safety of operations, Prepare and submit reports, Train or arrange for training, Ensure adherence to government regulations
Security and Safety: Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: PPE
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, vehicle supplied for company use
Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less, Contractors

Compensation
