Midwest Hardwood is looking for strong candidates to join our forestry team.
Our current opportunity is based out of our log resale yard in White Pigeon, Michigan. The Forester/Log Buyer will be responsible for purchasing standing timber and logs, plus developing and maintaining vendor relationships. In addition the candidate will have the opportunity to be involved with marketing logs, and maintaining inventory control at our log yard.
The candidate should have 5 years experience purchasing standing timber and cut logs. Individual must be a motivated self starter. The ideal candidate would have a forestry degree and be interested in growth opportunities.
Midwest Hardwood is a large forest products company, with over 10 manufacturing faculties distributing to customers World Wide.
