A Forest Liaison Inc. trainer will be training and coaching Forest Machine Operators, Contractors and Forest Companies on Best Practices and many other operational activities to help improve safety, quality and production.
FLI trainers perform observations using skills evaluation tools, give feedback on areas observed and then perform coaching and training with the goal to improve on the observed opportunities.
The right candidate will have qualities that include good communication skills, be open minded to learning and teaching Best Practices, be willing to travel, work well with others, strive to offer the best service possible to our customers and more.
