Our client is a nationally recognized player in the paper and pulp industry. Known for staff development and their high safety and environmental standards, they are currently in need of a First Class Power Engineer to lead in their steam facility.
Job Description
- Monitor and inspect plant equipment
- Improve maintenance and reliability of equipment and techniques
- Operate automated or computerized control systems
- Monitor and replenish spare part levels
- Coordinate with major projects in promoting maintainability
- Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunction
- Troubleshoot, perform corrective action or minor repairs as required
- Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong budgeting and planning skills
- First class Power Engineer certification
Compensation
In return you can expect:- Total annual compensation between $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience- Constant career and development opportunities- Excellent work-life balance
