The Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, LTD has opportunities in the field of Urban Forestry, as Surgery Crew Climber/Trimmer or Foreman. Davey is a leader in the Residential-Commercial tree care, utility line clearing and forestry consulting industries, throughout the US and Canada.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: EDMONTON, ALBERTA
JOB DUTIES: Positions involve providing expert tree surgery services and inspections to customer properties. Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
QUALIFICATIONS: Two-Three years arborist experience desired. Climbing experience without spurs, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, bucket truck experience helpful. Valuable qualifications, but not required are: ISA Certification, DZ or CDL license, strong tree ID skills, installation experience of cables, bracing and lightening protection . Experience in crew management, training, equipment maintenance, customer service, safe working procedures are all highly valuable.
