Bartlett Tree Experts is searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is a team player with strong customer service and organizational skills for its location in Victoria, B.C.

Experience: 2+​ to 5 Years

Education: Some College Coursework Completed

Responsibilities:

-          Answer Victoria office phones with heavy call volume

-          Customer service support and scheduling appointments using company software and Microsoft Outlook calendars

-          Administration of customer data base

-          Accounts payable

-          Administrative support for office’s team members

-          Outbound sales calls

-          Variety of administrative tasks utilizing several company software programs

-          Professional written and verbal communications

Required Experience:

-          Customer service

-          Handling multiple phone lines

-          Working with a client data base

-          Accounts Payable

-          Accounts Receivable

-          Use of MS Office including Excel and Outlook Mail/Calendars

Customer service experience, excellent phone manner and strong people skills are necessary to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. Attention to detail is key to process tasks with accuracy. The successful candidate will have a positive and team orientated attitude.
