Wood Products CNC Operator

Job Summary:  Manufacturer in Byron Center is seeking a CNC Operator for their wood cutting and fabrication operations. Duties will include the operation of CNC mills and lathes, edge banders, and the inspection of all completed materials made from wood. This can be a physically demanding position and applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Position Type: Full-time, evaluation hire

Schedule: 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm

Job Qualifications: This position requires a mechanically inclined individual. Applicants need to have a minimum of 2 years of CNC operation and machining equipment. Above par math, measurement, and manual dexterity are essential to the success of this position. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Pay: $13.00-$15.00/hour
