Valve Technician (Maintenance & Trades)

Our client is looking for a Valve Technician in Macon, Georgia. This is a full time, permanent position with full benefits once on the clients payroll. Prior experience is required and you will need to pass a drug screen and a background check. 

Job Description: 

• Valve maintenance/repair work at pulp and paper plants as well as power plants
• Standard shop duties
• Travel is required (GA, FL, AL, TN, TX) up to 2 weeks at a time
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Per Diem and Housing included
• $15-$25 DPE
• Full Benefits offered 
• Uniforms provided after 1 month
• PPE Provided

Job Requirements: 

• At least 2 years experience working with valves (ball, butterfly, gate, etc.)
• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check 
• Must have steel toed boots

Compensation

$15.00 - $25.00 / hour, depending on experience.
