Running a crew of 12-14 tree planters throughout Australia. Applicants must have significant commercial tree planting experience, preferably management, but not neccessary. Applicants need to understand and exhibit passion for the nomadic lifestyle tree planting promotes and possess 4wd experience. Our crews plant from February until September in various location throughout Australia.
Compensation
Crew bosses are paid a daily rate of $250-$400 within a production and quality bonus structure.
