Tree Care Manager job available in Oceanside, California. Must be able to manage and develop a tree division, which includes proposals and crew management.

Must have a working knowledge of:
1. Current Arboriculture Standards, tree species identification, ability to sell commercial and non commercial cliental.
2. Skilled and proficient on current pruning and tree removal techniques
3. Identifying tree hazards and communicating those hazards in a clear understandable manner
4. Provide a safe work environment for employees and the public

Must be:
1. Certified Arborist or willing to obtain certificate within twelve (12) months
2. CTSP or willing to obtain CTSP within twelve (12) months
3. Responsible
4. A practical, logical thinker
5. Observant, with an eye for detail
6. Willing and physically able to perform tree work including walking existing and potential client sites

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

A valid California Drivers' License and ability to be insured is required
