Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Relocation Package
As a Superintendent, you will help hire production team members and be responsible for meeting production goals. Must have a hands-on approach, and be comfortable with safety, supervision, budgets, and lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Green End Superintendent position:
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience in the wood industry.
- Wood Industry Manufacturing experience is a must
- Experience in Team building and Project Leadership
- Excellent Leadership and Organizational skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
