Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for improving processes efficiency and develop new products. You will lead the mill crews promoting highest levels of workplace safety. Working closely with the operation, management and maintenance personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Change management experience (processes improvement experience)
• Effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Problem solver
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Paper making experience
