Senior & Junior Forestry Field Positions Available

Junior Forestry Field Position • Work as a team member to assist in the development of block & road layout, GPS traversing, stream classification and timber cruising. • Must be physically fit, enjoy working outside and possess a valid class 5 driver’s license. • Although not a prerequisite, preference will be given to applicants who have or are working toward a forestry related technology diploma or degree. • On the job training will be provided as needed.

Senior Forestry Field Position • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in field activities such as block & road layout, GPS surveys, stream classification and timber cruising. • Ability to work as a team member and lead junior staff. • Preference will be given to candidates who are currently registered or eligible for registration with the Association of BC Forest Professionals.
