We currently have an opening for a Sawmill Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include training and supervision of shift personnel, achieving production targets, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the highest standard of workplace safety at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess the following technical skills and experience:

• supervisory experience in a sawmill
• problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• effective leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• desire and ability to coach and train others
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
