Job Description:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Millwright will be:

  • Maintaining machinery and replacing defective parts
  • Assessing the needs of the plant and maintaining them accordingly
  • Inspecting machinery for safety and plant efficiency
  • Participating in the preventive maintenance program  

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Red Seal certified
  • 2+ years of experience within an operating sawmill or related industry
  • Experience working on hydraulic equipment
  • Flexible for varying shifts

Compensation

Compensation:

$41.41 per hour
Paid Over Time
2 weeks paid vacation to start with
