The Potlatch Lumber Mill located in Warren, AR has an opening for a Fully Qualified Sawfiler.  This position provides saws for the mill by analyzing requirements, resolving problems and preparing saws. This position works on both band saws and round saws to meet production needs.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Must score an overall "5" or greater on the Nowlin Section System test battery and structured board interview. 
  • Possess physical abilities necessary to perform the duties of the job. 
  • Able to work any shift, including weekends. 
  • Good work and attendance record. 
  • Ability to read, write and figure accurately.
  • Ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Prior lumber mill experience a plus.
