Reliability Manager - Pulp & Paper (Management & Executives)

Client is seeking a candidate who supports reliability centered processes.  Lead at Team of Managers and Engineers in maintaining and improving a Personal Care Paper Industry mill. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1.  Manage a Reliability Centered Maintenance and Engineering department.
2.  Communicated with Mill Leadership Team and Direct report Staff on Maintenance, Engineering & Production issues.
3.  P&L Responsibility for Reliability Department.
4.  Oversees Optimization and/or Upgrades of Equipment including start-ups of additional equipment.
 
Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional(CMRP)
• Six Sigma Greenbelt 
• Lean Manufacturing Trained

 
Location:  Southeastern USA
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• BS Engineering in BSChE, BSME, BSEE or equivalent experience.
• Verifiable record of establishing effective “RCM” or SMED programs.
• Five+ years of successful Sr. Reliability Engineering experience in a related industries listed above
• Two+ years of successful management experience.

Compensation

SALARY: Up to $130,000 PLUS Benefits & Paid Relocation Package
