Job Description

Oversee all phases of workflow process and meeting the goals and objectives to include  production & operations, maintenance, equipment upgrades, capital installation projects, operational process improvements, operating margin improvements,  production optimization, equipment modifications, quality improvements, process analysis, cost analysis and reduction,  and machinery process troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of proven Paper Machine Management experience in a Paper Mill, handling large paper machine with producing container board minimum 1,000 Tonnes/Day with recycle materials.
• Proven track records of paper machine improvement performance including :
  • Improve machine runnability
  • Implement Cost Reduction Program
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedure
• Assuring quality and conformance of finished products to the Company standards and customers requirements
• Oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Management/leadership and strategic planning skills to lead 6 paper machines, building effective production teams towards achieving company targets
