Porter/Forwarder Operator - Immediate opening

Long's Logging is currently seeking a Porter / Forwarder operator to operate a newer 230 Timberjack in Kings County, near Sussex and Hampton.

Machine has flotation tires, extended boom, and joy stick controls. Heated cab.

Candidate must have experience operating these machines, be mechanically inclined, reliable and have some hydraulics and electrical knowledge.

Duties will include but not limited to forwarding wood to roadside from a 853 John Deere with a 6000 Logmax Harvester Head, daily machine maintenance, and help repairing any issues and breakdowns on the machine.
