Our client is a Fortune 500 pulp and paper company seeking an outstanding talent for a Paper Mill Superintendent position in its largest mill in Ontario, Canada. Reporting to the Paper Mill Manager, the successful candidate will manage and coordinate the efforts of personnel to provide efficient and cost-effective paper production with smooth and continuous operation.

The ideal candidate will have operations experience in a heavy industrial environment. An engineering degree and at least eight years of experience are required; pulp and paper mill experience is preferred.
