This is an excellent opportunity to grow in your knowledge of Paper Mill Operations.  Position is an   Optimization Coordinator working for one of the largest Tissue manufactures in North America.  This is a profitable plant that will allow you to master your skill set & be trained for operations management.
 
Salary up to $75,000 Plus Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation

As the Optimization Engineer, you’ll report to the Paper Mill Production Manager and your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring continuous improvement in equipment, processes, quality, efficiency and minimizing waste
• Process Engineering activities driving cost reduction, One Certification and Center Line objectives
• Intermittent On Call duties helping maintain continuous operations
• Participate in Health & Safety Management

Use your High level of motivation and ability to carry out tasks and projects to completion as you invest in your long term future of operations management.  Hone your problem analysis and problem solving skills.
 
Minimum requirements for this Optimization Coordinator position: 

• BS degree in Paper Science Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of process engineering experience preferably in pulp and paper operations
• Supervisory experience strongly desired
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with data acquisition system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Compensation

Salary up to $75,000
