Job Description
Working with the Maintenance Superintendent the successful candidate will:

· Be responsible for overseeing production and quality control within the plant

· Schedule manpower and equipment to ensure efficiency

· Ensure work is completed according to safety measures

· Assist in managing budgets and ensuring performance targets are met

Job Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience in a supervisory role

· Sawmill experience

· Knowledge of sawmill optimization

Compensation

· $105,000 + annually
